Dear son of Paul Christiansen and Tammy Hartwick. Jacob was an amazing, loving, caring son and friend. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Christ, 230 Davis Drive, Newmarket. If desired, donations may be made to a Charity of your Choice.
