Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 61 years of age.
Loving husband and best friend of Michelle Bond for over 39 years. Cherished father of Erica (Scott) and Jennifer (Curtis). Proud grandfather of Cole and Haylyn. Brother of Sherry (George), Pamela (John) and the late Debbie. Uncle of Ashley, Amanda, Jaime, Jordie, and Nick. Predeceased by parents Gerald and Ruth Bond. Son-in-law of John and Audrey Avery. Brother-in-law to Kevin (Neena). Jeff will be dearly missed by his family, many cousins, and friends, including his beloved dog, Moose and grand-dogs Maci and Max.
Jeffrey was an avid outdoorsman. He was passionate about fishing and enjoyed many fishing trips with friends and family, as well as many camping trips. More than anything, Jeff loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren whom he was so proud of.
A memorial service will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Thursday, January 11 at 1 p.m., with 1 hour of visitation prior. All are welcome to join the family following the service for refreshments in the lounge.
