Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Thursday, March 13th in his 91st year. Loving husband of Sylvia for 69 years. Beloved father of Becky, Lisa (Scott) and Rob (Kathryn). Treasured Grandfather of Victoria (AJ), Elizabeth and Lauren. Proud Great-Grandfather of Ada. Predeceased by his brothers Reid and Ken Bell.
Robert was born, raised and lived his life in Newmarket. He joined his father's business, JLR Bell Insurance in 1952 and continued to work until 2020. He was a remarkable man who cared deeply for his family and introduced them to cottaging, boating and snowmobiling. He was a humble and kind man who took pride in taking care of his clients, friends and family.
He will be sadly missed. A family celebration of life will occur at a later date.
