Off The Rock: North America’s premier tribute to one of Canada’s greatest musical icons, Great Big Sea, play the group's classics, as well as East Coast traditional songs at NewRoads Performing Arts Centre, 505 Pickering Cres, Newmarket. Off the Rock performances bring back the same high energy that Great Big Sea gave in all their performances. Glam Season at Upper Canada Mall, March 14 to 16: Upper Canada Mall is gearing up for all the celebrations with Glam Season 2025. From noon to 4 p.m., Centre Court features fashion-forward retailers showcasing the range of styles, suits, make up and accessories for special events. There will be a dedicated station where gently used prom dresses and other formal wear will be accepted for Girls Inc.’s April prom drive. Activities include: Friday, guests can design their own makeup bags with fun and trendy iron on patches. Saturday, an engraver will be onsite doing custom engraving on compact mirrors for a bespoke experience. Sunday, a colour expert will be hosting consultations for guests to learn about which colours best complement them.
Theatre Aurora presents And Then There Were None: Prepare for an evening of suspense, intrigue, and unexpected twists as Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None takes the stage at Theatre Aurora, 150 Henderson Dr. This gripping mystery follows ten strangers invited to a secluded island, where secrets unravel, and no one is safe. 7:30 to 10 p.m., tickets adults $25, seniors $23, students $10, group rates available.
