The Postmark Hotel is preparing to open its hotel rooms for guests for the first time.
The unique new Main Street hotel is now available for bookings starting Aug. 9. With prices starting around $214 per for a night, the hotel is promising a luxury experience.
“From stunning views and thoughtful amenities, each space invites you to discover your perfect getaway,” the boutique hotel said on social media.
The hotel opened its lobby restaurant to the public for the first time last week, but is still putting the finishing touches on the rooms, as well as a planned rooftop event and restaurant space. Hotel management has said when the rooms open, so too will the rooftop space be ready for guests.
The Postmark Hotel has seen years of construction to get to its opening date, renovating the historic post office building with recognition of its history.
The hotel received positive attention throughout its first week of opening.
“What a fabulous addition to our downtown,” ward Councillor Bob Kwapis said on social media.
The hotel said it is offering an opening promo of 30 per cent off all stays in August and September automatically applied at checkout, and 20 per cent for the rest of 2024 after that.
