The Town of Newmarket’s popular summer music series is once again bringing eight weeks of free concerts, set to kick off July 4.
The municipality has unveiled the lineup for its TD Newmarket Music Series at downtown’s Riverwalk Commons on Thursday nights from 6 to 9 p.m. throughout July and August. The lineup features a mixture of local talent along with premier tribute bands offering a mix of pop, rock and soul.

Thursday, July 4
Headliner: TheCarpetFrogs (the very best of classic rock)

The free Mercedes-Benz Newmarket Backstage Lounge will again offer a backstage concert view from a large LED screen.
This year’s food and beverage partners will include Mulberry’s Oven, Old Flame Brewing Co., Market Brewing Company and the North Newmarket Lions Club.
The town advises concert-goers to bring a lawn chair and arrive early to secure a spot. Parking will be limited due to volume. Guests are welcome to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Newmarket Food Pantry, with a donation bin at a town booth at Riverwalk Commons.
