York Region Community and Health Services, Health Protection Division, reports the following CLOSURE(S)** under the Food Premises Regulation 493/17 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act for the period between Monday, Feb. 4, 2018 to Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019.


SOHO KTV

Address: 505 Highway 7 East, Markham, ON L3T 7T1

Offence(s):
  • The food premises is operated in manner permitting a health hazard

Offence(s):
  • Maintain potentially hazardous foods at internal temperature between 4⁰C and 60⁰C
  • Fail to ensure presence of food handler or supervisor during all hours of operation
