In 2017 I started baking for events for family and friends, with the expectation that it would end there. But the more I baked, the happier I was. So in 2020 we launched our cookie subscription boxes and our seasonal menu for the first time. We baked in a rented commercial kitchen and delivered all throughout Southern Ontario until one day, we were just too busy for that!
In October, 2021, we started renovating our own kitchen and storefront to be the perfect home for The Little Red Bake Shop. And on November 23rd, 2021, we opened our doors at 200 Mulock Drive in Newmarket, welcoming the community into our own space for the first time. Because that is what baking is all about… community.
At The Little Red Bake Shop, we pride ourselves on using real, good quality ingredients with no unnecessary add-ins.
We believe that highlighting ingredients at their purest and natural form will create amazing baked goods. When there is fruit in our cookies, it is real fruit! Real lemon, real berries, and real, good quality chocolate.
We want to elevate the ingredients we use in our cookies, instead of just blurring the ingredients together to make a batch of cookies.

Chocolate Chip is always on the menu

Celebrating 2 years of cookies, 1 year at 200 Mulock and officially cutting the ribbon!
Join us: Saturday, October 1st. Open from 10am to 3pm with Ribbon cutting at 11:00am.
Event will feature 3 other local companies - OneFive1, My Indie Coffee, Fairty Girls Flower Farm.
