Beginning Monday, March 30, the Town of Newmarket will dish out a take-away lunch prepared by the Newmarket Pickle Barrel to anyone in the community who is vulnerable and in need of food.
The daily meal service will begin at 11:30 a.m. and run Monday to Friday outside the front doors of the town’s municipal office at 395 Mulock Dr.
“To keep everyone safe, we will be marking the sidewalk to ensure physical distancing. Please look for signage when you arrive and follow the markings,” town officials said in a statement.

Note that the meals will not be served over Easter weekend, on Friday, April 10 and Monday, April 13.
