  • 470 (+5) cases age 80+, or 19 per cent
  • 453 (+9) cases age 20 to 34, or 18 per cent
  • 408 (+3) cases age 55 to 64, or 17 per cent
  • 276 (+6) cases ages 35 to 44, or 11 per cent
  • 80 cases age 5 to 19, or 3 per cent

Ontario (reported at 10:30 a.m. today):

  • 28,709 confirmed cases of COVID-19
  • 446 new confirmed cases since May 31
  • 17 more deaths, totalling 2,293
  • 801 cases are hospitalized; 125 in intensive care units; 87 on ventilators
  • 22,484 resolved, 78.3 per cent of cases
  • 15,244 more tests completed, with 10,622 awaiting results

  • 309 (+3) outbreaks at long-term care homes, 176 active
  • 144 outbreaks at retirement homes, 86 active
  • 84 outbreaks at hospitals, 47 active
  • 1,465 long-term care resident deaths
  • 5 long-term care health-care worker deaths
  • 151 deaths at retirement homes
  • 68 deaths at hospitals
  • 5,158 cases are long-term care residents; 352 hospital patients
  • 4,770 cases, or 16.6 per cent, are health-care workers
